[ 01 ] Stationary Power
The EmPower Lite is a modular, grid-independent compact hybrid UPS system delivering scalable 15 kW to 160 kW primary and backup power with zero millisecond transfer time. Engineered in a drop-and-go footprint, it combines always-on inline reliability with indefinite runtime to outlast battery-only systems and replace noisy diesel generators with clean, silent energy.
Always-On Inline Double-Conversion UPS (0 ms Transfer Time): Continually conditions site power and takes over during grid outages with zero lag, unlike cold-standby generators that require 15 to 60 seconds to spin up.
Standardized Modular Scalability (15 kW to 160 kW Chassis): Allows facilities to right-size capital costs and upgrade power blocks or battery storage inside the same ISO footprint later.
Turnkey Power Management Platform (PMP) with Remote Energy Brokering: Provides active energy optimization, automated load-shedding, and multi-source microgrid control.

85 kW to 170 kW Modular Prime Generation Engine
Integrated with high-efficiency Toyota fuel cell power blocks, the system delivers dedicated continuous generation from an 85 kW single-unit baseline up to 170 kW in dual-module configurations. Operating in tandem with the integrated dynamic battery buffer, the fuel cell core supports a sustained 160 kW continuous net facility output while eliminating diesel maintenance, mechanical noise, and combustion emissions.
100 kWh to 300 kWh Dynamic Energy Buffer
Featuring an integrated lithium-ion battery storage array scalable from 100 kWh up to 300 kWh of long-life LFP chemistry, the system acts as a high-rate power buffer to absorb instant peak loads and heavy inductive motor surges. It provides extended standalone battery-only operation and ensures continuous power delivery during fuel resupply or system optimization cycles.
Always-On Inline UPS with 0 ms Seamless Transfer
Engineered as an always-online double-conversion Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), the system actively conditions incoming line voltage and absorbs grid drops with zero millisecond transfer time. It completely eliminates the 15 to 60-second lag common in cold-standby backup generators, protecting sensitive data servers, medical systems, and critical communications infrastructure from power blips and resets.
3-Phase Multi-Voltage Grid-Tie & Inversion
Equipped with heavy-duty modular power inverters, the EmPower Lite delivers stable 480V or 208V 3-phase AC power, as well as 230V single-phase, to integrate directly into commercial building switchgear or field distribution panels. Built-in multi-unit paralleling allows facilities to link multiple enclosures together to scale generation capacity effortlessly as site energy demands expand.
High-Pressure Manifold & Multi-Source Fuel Ingestion
Designed with a built-in wide-range fuel manifold, the EmPower Lite accepts hydrogen supply pressures from 15 to 700 bar directly, supporting on-site electrolyzers, bulk high-pressure Virtual Pipeline tube trailers, or internal 40 kg emergency 700 bar tanks. This open architecture provides endless, zero-degradation runtime without requiring costly external GHUs, compression skids, or fuel conditioning equipment.
