[ 01 ] Mobile Power

The MEC-H is a heavy-duty mobile hydrogen microgrid delivering 560-750 kW of prime power and multi-vehicle DC fast charging in a single 53-foot semi-trailer. Engineered with 240-680 kW of fuel cell generation and 440+ kWh of battery storage, it outpowers competing mobile trailers and replaces diesel generators with instant, turnkey site electrification.

High-Capacity Power Density (Up to 750 kW Inverter / 680 kW Generation): Delivers full industrial megawatt-scale power from a single 53-foot trailer, bypassing the need to parallel multiple smaller competitor trailers.

Turnkey Multi-Vehicle Rapid DC Charging Hub (4 Fast DC + 4 PHEV Outlets): Fully self-contained mobile depot ready to fast-charge commercial fleets without outboard charging carts or external distribution units.

Tri-Mode Operational Flexibility (Standalone BESS, Fuel Cell, & Grid Mitigation): The 440+ kWh battery enables instant black-start, standalone peak-shaving, and grid-support services with or without fuel cells running.

680 kW High-Output Fuel Cell Array

The primary power plant integrates heavy-duty fuel cell racks producing up to 680 kW of clean electricity directly at 400 VDC. It runs continuously with zero exhaust emissions, discharging only pure water vapor while operating silently under full load.

440+ kWh High-Surge Lithium Storage Reserve

A dedicated equipment bay contains a 440+ kWh lithium-ion battery bank regulated by an advanced Battery Management System (BMS). This energy reserve buffers high inductive motor surges, absorbs instantaneous transient spikes, and delivers seamless UPS backup during fuel transfers.

Multi-Port Rapid DC Fast-Charging Hub

Outfitted with dual 180 kW DC fast chargers supporting simultaneous charging across four vehicles, alongside four dedicated PHEV outlets. The system replenishes commercial fleet vehicles to an 80% state of charge in 15 to 20 minutes without grid service connections.

Up to 750 kW AC Inverters & Site Distribution

High-capacity power conversion bays house up to 750 kW industrial pure sine-wave inverters and integrated switchgear. The hardware converts raw DC power into conditioned 480V 3-phase or 120/208V AC power, feeding direct site connections or paralleling with utility feeds.

Universal Virtual Pipeline & Refueler Coupling

Engineered with universal intake couplings and automated safety manifold valving to interface directly with external tube trailers and mobile refuelers. This external feed architecture enables hot-swapping Virtual Pipeline modules for non-stop, multi-week continuous prime power.
