[ 01 ] Mobile Power

The MEC-S is a 53-foot mobile microgrid delivering up to 50 kW of solar power and multi-vehicle EV charging with zero fuel logistics. Integrating dual sun-tracking SmartFlowers with a 220 kWh battery bank, it replaces diesel generators with continuous, silent off-grid power anywhere.

Dual-Axis Active Sun Tracking + Fixed High-Density Arrays: Automated solar tracking captures peak sun throughout the entire day, yielding up to 40% more daily kWh than flat competitor trailers

Direct Multi-Port EV Fleet Charging (4 Level 2 Ports): Integrated charging stations eliminate the need for external breaker panels and field wiring

Bi-Directional Grid & Microgrid Interconnect: Ready to parallel with permanent facility panels or mobile generators for site backup and utility peak-demand reduction

50 kW Tracking & High-Density Solar Generation

The trailer pairs two automated, dual-axis SmartFlower systems with rugged enclosure-mounted monocrystalline panels to generate up to 50 kW of peak power. The motorized tracking units follow the sun across azimuth and elevation for up to 40% higher daily yields, while the fixed high-density arrays ensure continuous harvesting in high winds or harsh field conditions.

220 kWh  Storage Bank & Rapid-Deploy Cable Reels

An internal, climate-controlled bay houses a 220 kWh industrial lithium-ion battery system designed to buffer peak solar input, absorb high-surge loads, and sustain overnight operations. Alongside the battery racks, four integrated electric cable reels provide 220 feet of usable reach each (from 250-foot spools), routing reliable power directly to site equipment and facilities.

Quad Level 2 EV Fleet Charging Stations

The trailer features four dedicated Level 2 EV charging ports powered directly by the solar array and battery bank. Designed for field fleet electrification, emergency response vehicles, and event transport, it charges multiple EVs simultaneously without burning diesel or requiring utility infrastructure.

Industrial Inverter & Distribution Units

The interior conversion bay is equipped with industrial pure sine-wave hybrid inverters and MPPT charge controllers that manage DC-to-AC conversion. It distributes clean, conditioned 120V, 208V, and 480V 3-phase power directly to external cam-lock panels and site switchgear, enabling seamless grid-tied load shaving or full off-grid microgrid operation.

High-Efficiency Fixed Enclosure Panel Array

Surrounding the tracking systems, high-efficiency, commercial-grade photovoltaic modules are mounted directly across the trailer body and slide-out roof sections to push combined peak output to 50 kW. The monocrystalline panels feature anti-reflective, tempered glass engineered to withstand high transit vibrations, heavy dust, and harsh field environments.
